Non-Defective Returns (Buyer's Remorse)

We accept returns on non-customized, non-defective swings and accessories within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return:

• Email us at support@magnoliaporchswings.com
• Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) required for return shipment

**Cushions are not returnable if return is requested more than 5 days after product delivery**

Non-Defective Return qualifications:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
• Must be returned in original packaging with RA# marked clearly on the package.

Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed minus a 20% restocking fee.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any shipping fees incurred by Magnolia Porch Swings will be deducted from the refund.

Defective Returns

If your swing arrives with a defect or damage, we’ll make it right — but we do ask that you let us know promptly.

To report a defective item:

• Email us at support@magnoliaporchswings.com within 7 days of delivery
• Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

Defective Return qualifications:

• Item must be in same condition it was delivered
• Must be returned in original packaging, with the RA# clearly marked

Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the issue and process a full refund or replacement.
