Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, we will send out an order confirmation to you.  This ensures that we have recieved your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for purchase. When we receive your order, we will reach out to our suppliers and the process of constructing the swing will take place.  

Order Shipment:

Very few of our suppliers keep stock, and most will build to order.  On the swings that are in stock, they will generally ship 3-5 business days after order as been received.  Porch swings will generally ship out in 1-2 weeks, and swing beds will ship out (on average) in 3-5 weeks.  Once the swing has shipped, we will send tracking information to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.  This information will be sent to the original email provided, unless otherwise specified. *Swing beds & porch swings from A&L Furniture will ship out within 5-7 business days after order is received.


All swings should be inspected immediately upon delivery.  If you notice any damage or defects, please take photos of the damage and send photos to  

If a signature is required for the delivery, and damage is noted, please reject the delivery so we can then file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier, and get you a new swing shipped out as soon as possible. This is extremely important, due to the fragile nature of the swings and potential for damage during the shipping process.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a $20 admin fee, whether or not your swing has shipped.  If your swing has shipped, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.  Refunds can only be issued to the original card used when you placed the order, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
