Order Confirmation & Processing
What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email within minutes. This confirms we’ve received your order and serves as proof of purchase.
What to expect:

Your credit card will be charged within 2 business days.

Orders are added to our production queue within 1–2 business days.

Production begins 7–10 business days before the end of the listed lead time.
For example: A swing with a 4-week lead time enters production near the end of week 3.

Shipping Times
Stocked Products:

Typically ship in 2–7 business days

Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or USPS
Made-to-Order & Custom Products:

Includes bed swings, cushions, pillows, rope kits

Ship in 4–12 weeks depending on season

Carriers: FedEx Home Delivery or LTL Freight
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your item ships.
LTL Freight Deliveries (Large Items)
Products like bed swings & A-frames ship via freight.
These require curbside delivery and access for an 18-wheeler. Here’s what to know:

Free curbside delivery only: Items are dropped off at the curb, not brought into the home.

Free lift gate service is included: We lower your item to the ground for easy curbside offload.

Delivery scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a date and time.
Important: You must inspect the product before signing. If damage is visible, please note “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt and take photos.
Damages During Shipping
We package with care, but if something goes wrong, we're here to make it right.
For Non-Freight (UPS/FedEx/USPS) Shipments:

Inspect upon delivery.

Report any damage with photos within 48 hours to sales@magnoliaporchswings.com

We’ll ship replacements or parts at no cost within 2–3 business days.
For Freight Shipments:
-
Inspect during delivery. If damage is minor, note “DAMAGED” and sign.

If damage is extensive (broken wood, crushed areas), note “EXTENSIVE DAMAGE”, contact us immediately, do not remove from crating.

For concealed damage found later, email us within 5 days of delivery.
Cancellations
Stocked Products

Cancel any time before shipment for a full refund to your original payment method.

Once shipped, the return will fall under our Buyer’s Remorse policy.
Custom Products
-
Cancel within 7 days: Full refund
-
Cancel 8–14 days: 10% materials fee applies
-
No cancellations after 14 days due to custom fabrication
Returns & Refunds
Buyer’s Remorse (Non-Defective Returns)
We accept returns of non-custom swings and accessories within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:

Product must be unused and in original packaging.
-
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required.
-
Return shipping is at customer’s expense.
-
A 20% restocking fee applies.
To start a Buyer's Remorse return:
Email support@magnoliaporchswings.com with your order number and photos.
Defective Product Returns
We accept defective item returns within 14 days of delivery. These must meet the following:

Damage or defect was not customer-caused
-
Product is unaltered and in original packaging

Return is authorized via RA#
We’ll cover return shipping and issue a refund or replacement once the item is inspected.
Custom Products
- Custom items are not returnable.
- These are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
Warranty & Repairs
We take pride in the craftsmanship of every Magnolia swing. If you experience an issue after delivery:

Email support@magnoliaporchswings.com with photos and a description.

Each issue is reviewed individually with care.
Due to the natural materials used (especially wood), we do not offer a fixed warranty period. Variations due to weather, use, and environment are expected. However, we stand behind our work and will help find the best resolution if something goes wrong.
