The customer will need to have the ability to remove and replace slats, supports, arms, etc. Our policy does not include sending an entire new swing for replacement; only replacement parts for the specific parts that are damaged/missing.

All cushons, pillows, bed swings, swing stands, made-to-order pieces, and swatches/samples are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • We do our best to check everything before it ships out, but sometimes damage can happen in transit. Please take a look at your items when they arrive and let us know within 4 days if anything’s wrong—we’ll get started on a replacement right away.

Custom pieces like bed swings, pillows, and rope kits are made just for you, so we can’t accept returns on those.
