PLEASE NOTE: If any parts are missing or damaged during shipment, replacement parts will be shipped directly to the customer. The customer will need to have the ability to remove and replace slats, supports, arms, etc. Our policy does not include sending an entire new swing for replacement; only replacement parts for the specific parts that are damaged/missing.

  • Please note the following: All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, except for customized furniture & cushion items which are non-returnable. All cushions, pillows, bed swings, swing frames/stands, made-to-order pieces, and swatches/samples are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • We do our best to check everything before it ships out, but sometimes damage can happen in transit. Please take a look at your items when they arrive and let us know within 4 days if anything’s wrong—we’ll get started on a replacement right away.

If something’s not quite right when it arrives, please let us know within 14 days. If it’s a defect or damage, we’ll make it right. If you’ve just had a change of heart, that’s okay too, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging, we’ll take it back (a small restocking fee may apply).

Custom pieces like bed swings, pillows, and rope kits are made just for you, so we can’t accept returns on those.
