  • Please note the following: All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, except for customized furniture & cushion items which are non-returnable. All cushions, pillows, bed swings, swing frames/stands, made-to-order pieces, and swatches/samples are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • We do our best to check everything before it ships out, but sometimes damage can happen in transit. Please take a look at your items when they arrive and let us know within 4 days if anything’s wrong—we’ll get started on a replacement right away.

Custom pieces like bed swings, pillows, and rope kits are made just for you, so we can’t accept returns on those.
